I am still trying to figure out my corporate email set up but I have yet to install my desktop manager software which is 4.3 by the way.

My company says I should absolutely not load redirector software on my computer. When installing desktop manager on my computer I come across these options and am stuck............

    * Select option for installation for desktop software
    BES
    BIS
I am sure I choose BES here.

    * Confirm that BES selected below corresponds to the server used in your organization.
Microsoft exchange (typically with MS outlook clients)
    Lotus Domino
    Novell Groupwise
    BES for MDS Applications
I am assuming it is Microsoft exchange because we use Outlook

    * Message Redirection
    Redirect messages using BES
    Redirect using Blackberry Desktop redirector
I have no clue here as both say redirect and I am not suppose to load redirector software on any computer. What do I choose to keep my company happy?

I believe they are talking about using this option
    Redirect messages using BES

and not the Blackberry Desktop Re-director.
I'm not too entirely sure, but call and ask your IT dept.

If you chose redirector and IT said not to then you will need remove the DM and re-install and select BIS. Sounds to me that your company has either enabled pop/imap in the exchange or is using OWA outlook web access. Best to get teh connection info from them for OWA, if pop or IMAP is enabled, then in most cases should configure on its own by entering the email address and password.
