My BB still shows emails long after they have been delted on my enterprise server. Selecting reconcile does nothing? Any ideas?

After you delete them from the Outlook inbox, are you leaving them in the Deleted Items folder on your PC? You have to leave them in the Deleted Items folder long enough for the BlackBerry to realize that's where they are. Once it sees they're deleted, it will delete them. If you empty the Deleted Items folder too quickly, it's the same as if you just moved the item to another Personal Folder. The BlackBerry loses track of where it went, and doesn't know to delete it.
