I can't receive pictures. I can send them but I cannot get them. My husbands phone can receive and send them......we have the same phone bought at the same time. Is there some setting that I don't have set right? I tried doing a battery pull it did not help.

go to menu, options, about. Does your phone say blackberry 8330? does your husbands say blackberry 8330m?

Well he is out of town until tomorrow so I can't look at his. But mine says 8330m

It is likely a network issue. Call your carrierfrom another line, and they should be able to help you out!!!
