    I had an 8307e BB and recently purchased the BB curve 8300. I backed up all my data and transferred it to my curve which included my Sprint.blackberry email as well as my personal email addy I had synched to my old BB. The problem is that my emails aren't activated and every time I attempt to activate them thru enterprise, it doesn't work.

    What am I doing wrong? How can I get my emails synched again? HELP!!

    If these are personal emails - you are activating wrong. Go to options advanced options>host routing table>menu register now. This will register the device to the data network. If you emails do not start again, log into the BIS site or email setting icon and resend service books from there.

    If this does not work, then call your carrier, they will fix you right up. If you are on a BES wserver though work, then you will contact your IT/BES admin as well.
