Ok so today out of the blue my ear speaker cuts on and off in real quick bursts randomnly throughout a call. usually spaced by a few seconds. it sounds like the call was dropped but then i can hear the person talking just as quick as it cut out. I have not dropped it lately or anything. I got the phone in October of 2007. What should I do?

Have you tried a battery pull yet? With the phone on, remove the battery for 30 seconds, then put it back in.

yep I've done 2 or 3 batt pulls. no luck. you know its bad when a batt pull doesn't fix it.

You could try reloading the OS, especially if you don't have the newest on it yet.
