You can change your global ringtone both in the Media program and by going to sound profiles from the home screen. (click profiles/normal/phone to change the phone ringtone, as well as the sounds for all other functions).
What's wrong with Bluetooth connection for you? When you say that you can't hear well, is that for all calls with the phone, or is it just with BlueTooth that you're having an issue?
