Now my question is if i delete the all the Dynoplex modules through Applications, would that work? Also would deleting a module while it is 'currently being used' do any damage?
Did you try a battery pull to see if it shows up in applications? How about trying to remove it using DM?
You probably can remove it by deleting the modules, but I expect you have to correctly identify all the modules and delete them all before rebooting your BB, our you could brick your berry.
