Hello everyone,
I was just wondering, being that i have a mac I was told I should go and update my phone at a local verizon store, two questions?
1.) will i loose all my info if i do it at a store (address book, pics, ect, ect)
2.) Does it matter that im not in the state where my phone is from, I am from New York but living in MAryland for school, will that matter?

State does not matter. Call the local sotes and find out if they can/will do beofre you run over there, not many stores that I have taled to will do it. As for loss of data and if they will do it, make sure they run a backup of the phone first also the update will run a backup. Better safe than sorry

thank u...the store said they will do it for free and that it wont take long. does that ssound right

It can take anywhere from 45 to 75 minutes.
