I am about to go through wirefly and get me and me mom dad and sister a phone and family plan. Does anyone have good and or bad feedback on wirefly and it's services i.e. rebate stuff etc.

The sales dept was great but the customer service sucks.
I would contact the customer service dept first to just see how long it takes for wirefly to answer the phone. If the customer service is good, go with them. I tried contacting letstalk more than once on their customer service line and after waiting on hold with a automated machine they make you leave a message and say they will get back to you within 1 business day. If I would have known that I would have never dealt with them.
