Does anybody know if it's possible to set the screen to come on when a SMS text or e-mail is delivered in the silent profile? Often I keep my BB on silent at night and would like a better indicator than a blinking light.

No, in that profile the screen light only comes on with a phone call. Frustrating as heck, ain't it?

Yeah it is. Any chance there's a profile that I can turn the ringers off for and set the screen to come on in this situation? I'm guessing not...

Wow..excellent call on that program. I'm a bit weary about downloading programs like this to my BB though. Just had to get mine replaced after 7 days b/c something I downloaded from this site caused my camera to stop working. Is this safe to do?
