Folks, i'm not very familiar with BB's but my wife has a 8330 on sprint and she's been complaining about not being able to send pictures, like me with my Treo Pro, via sms/mms. She just upgraded her software yesterday since the new software says that you can send pictures via mms/sms using your Blackberry. My problem is this, she's trying to send me pictures now and i cannot recieve them, i get the error message that says this:
Code: Error-message-format-corrupt.
Can anyone help me as to why this is happening?

I also get this from another person in another state who has tried sending me pictures using his Blackberry.
Sounds like her memory card might be corrupt. Move any files off of the card and reformat the card in your BB (Options>Media Card>BB Menu>Format Card). Per Xliderider, he recommends you move a few files back to the card to test & see what file might have been corrupt.
