Like it says it is really hard to push in the pearl.. I have taken the battery out of the phone and tried that. It will go but it is incredibly hard to push it in to get the action i want.. Any helpful ideas? Thinking about trying to take it apart to take a look at it.. anybody know how to do that? Thanks

hi bandit - im guessing wen you say 'pearl' you mean the trackball. So sounds like you may need to replace or clean the trackball.
