Got a question. Bought a Moto H710 for my wife to use on her Alltel/Verizon 8330. I have one and it works on my 8830. It pairs fine and if you have the earpiece turned on, it will work fine, but, if the headset is off and you open the mike boom to turn it on when the phone rings, the person on the headset can hear fine, but the calling person cannot hear you.

Tried her H710 on my phone and worked no problems.

Have been thru the menus for the phone till my thumb hurts and no joy.

Called Moto & they suggested all the things we have already done.

Anybody have any ideas?!?! Looked at all the post on here and one or two mentioned same problem, but no solutions. Searched other sites and still no joy.

Am in doghouse and need help!
