I've been using GoogleTalk on my 8330 Verizon Curve for weeks without any problem. I split time between being in my home zone with EVDO service, and being in a roaming area with 1X service. I upgraded to Verizon's official release of 4.5, and since then I've been having serious problems with GoogleTalk. If I'm in my home area with EVDO, it works great. If I'm in the area with 1X service, it will work and connect for anywhere from 1 minute to 10 minutes, but then logs out with a "Cannot connect to server" message. I log back in, send one or two chat messages, logs me back out with the same message. Log in, send a message or two, logs me back out. Lather, rinse, repeat. This didn't start until after the upgrade - it worked flawlessly until then.

Just so you know, I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, battery pull, and editing permissions.

    Any suggestions? PLEASE!
