my charger was not connecting properly unless i bend the charger a certain way. after a few days of doing so the charger piece in the phone pushed back where nothing will reach. Is there another way to backup the phone without using the mini usb that comes with the desktop manager or am i in trouble? any help will be greatly appreciated.

You can always use bluetooth to back up your data.

    You now have 3 problems

    1. Charging:
Get https://forums.crackberry.com/e?link...token=vsr2d8pg and charge using the two gold connectors on the back of the phone. There isa thread in the forums about a special deal in (I think) T-Mobile stores.

    2. Backup / Syncing:
As myt_mouse says, you can use bluetooth if you can make it work.

    3. Software installs and OS upgrades:
OTA installs will work fine but you have no backup of any purchased software.
