So I went to VZW and the person at the store hit MERGE as opposed to MOVE so that the contacts on one phone would move to another. So my phone had the contacts of two people on it.
I deleted them manually but they kept reappearing. So they told me to delete what I wanted, do a backup, wipe the phone, and re-load. So I did this. All was well for a week.
Now, it's ALL back to normal. All of my extra contacts are there.
What the hell?
1. Why does this happen?
2. I'm seriously considering using this as leverage with Verizon so they'll send me a different BB. Perhaps waiting for the Niagara.
