I use the camera built into my curve pretty often. Every now and then I like to clear the pictures in the memory card. Last time I did it, the camera reset.
The last picture was named "IMG01149", and when cleared it went back to "IMG00001". So when I try to save them on my computer it asks if I want to delete the old one and replace it with the new one, except they are totally different photos.
