Is there a way to delete all the preloaded ringtones so I can free up that memory? Also, they are annoying.

I am pretty sure that there isn't a way to do it.

You should leave them alone. Some users reported system instability after removing them. They aren't removed by CrackMem for that reason. They are loaded as part of the OS and are quite small.
