You have to upload your capture to photobucket (or flickr, or any other photo hosting site) and it will provide you with a link to your photo. Then when you go to post here, you just click on the little icon that looks like a pic of a mountain (it's yellow looking) and paste in the code for your pic.

Hope that made sense?! LOL!
