to replace the device (mini usb port) that the battery charger goes into to charge my phone ? I've notice that one of the pin is missing and when I plug in my charger,you can see it try to charge then it goes back to normal ? if so.....where? and how?

You can get new mini USP ports from cnn.cn but you're going to need to solder it in yourself.

Well just ask around at local electronic supply stores, see if they know someone who can do the job. If someone has the proper equipment it's a real quick job to get the old one off and a new one on.
