Plugged in my 8330 for the first time, and all that comes up is a white screen with a red slash through a battery and I cant get anywhere from there. Anyone have any ideas? thanks.

Have you given it enough time for the battery to charge? I know whenever my battery is Dead, I can't turn it on within the first 10 to 15 minutes.
