So I was at work today and my BB Curve slipped and hit the floor...and when I picked it up it was rebooting. Now every like half hour it reboots and usually it is sluggish...any ideas? What should I do???
Take the battery out of the phone with the power still on. While you have the battery out, if you have a media card, take that out as well and reinstall it, making sure you slide the locking tab to the locked position. The fall could've knocked either the battery or the media card a little loose so that they aren't making good contact with the phone. Reinstall the battery and let it reboot.
