    Hi all. Looking for a little help here. The past three days my BB (8330) has not sent any outgoing audio for the first ten seconds or so of half my calls. The other end can hear me fine.
    The in/out data arrows on the top right corner freeze.
    Once the conversation does start going through the audio is horrible.
    I do not believe it is the service (VZW) as the person right next to me can be on the phone without issue.

    Is there anything I can do on my end to fix this? I am wondering if my phone is crapping out on me?

    Have you tried pulling the battery with the device on and replacing it after 30 seconds? If not, try that.

    It is a software bug, try running apploader. if that fails talk to provider as may be network issue
