1. Call came in
2. I tried to answer, but the phone was frozen, so I just missed the call.
3. Phone was frozen, wouldn't accept any commands, so I did a battery pull.
4. Hourglass pops up, goes away, pops up again, and phone finally boots up.
5. I can scroll around to different icons, but none of the button commands work.
6. Phone spontaneously turns itself off. No LED, nothing. And it won't turn on again until another battery pull, which takes me back to number 5.
I've tried plugging into wall charger and USB.
Computer CAN connect to the phone, and BBerry Desktop manager CAN communicate with it, but I still can't get it to turn on and work normally.
