Yesterday I installed a new theme called Scribble on my Curve. Today I tried to reemove it using the Application Loader on my Desktop Manager. Now my phone is completely dead. There is an icon with a circle square and triangle and the number 507. What do I do?

My understanding of that error means there is no Operating System
    on your phone

Was that theme active when you used App Loader to
    remove it?

I too am really at a loss to understand how deleting a theme could wipe out
your OS, but you are going to have to reload it.

Hmm. Interesting. This shouldn't have happened, but alas.. It did. Follow the instructions given above.
