Default Please help!
My BB 8330 has suddenly stopped ringing . . . I can't even play sample ringtones. It has sound, however, when playing videos. AAAAARGH. I have been into Profiles and edited my heart out to no avail. Any experts with ideas out there? I would be very grateful.

First thing always is a battery pull. Then go from there.
