    I have followed all the steps to setting up my email account on my phone and linked my other email accounts to my blackberry. When I try to send a test message it comes back undeliverable and if I try to email from my phone it says no account is set up. What else can I do?

    When did you buy your phone? Is your data plan active yet? Sometimes it takes a while for the data plan to activate. You will know it's active when you receive an email from AT&T saying "Congratulations! Your network is established" or something like that.
