Since my BB crashed this weekend Im having many issues, small ones.
How do I get back to my nice blue color for emails amd messages.
Also my screen was the Zen screen the L shaped one, where would I find that?

Try a battery pull. With phone powered on, take out the battery, wait 30 seconds, then replace battery.
If you still need to change your theme setting, go to Options > Themes. Highlight the themes in the list and you will get a "preview" of each theme. Click on the theme you want and wait a while for the theme to load into your BB's memory.
