Okay. So in ur contacts you have an option to PIN contact. I sent a message to her blackberry 8310 from my 8330 by going to her contact in my address book and selecting PIN Contact. Where did the message go on her phone? We got the alert that it came in but cannot find the message itself to mark it read. Now her phone won't stop flashing!! Please help! Its not in her sms or email boxes. Nor in BB Messenger.

Did you try looking in the main Message folder?

I'm assuming since she has both SMS and Email icons on her phone, she has her inboxes set at "seperate?" If so, have her Show All her icons, find the one titled Messages, it's in there.

Pin messages should be in that general messages folder and are red instead of black. You can go to that folder and hit u for unread messages...

Thanks much guyss. !!!! I found it. Sent a pin message to myself and saw where it went. Her messages folder was hidden
