i have unlimted messaging with at&t and it says that it includes picture messages... but i don't have a data plan so does that mean everytime i get a picture message then will i get charged for data? or how does that work? i also have my data connection blocked (through the options -> data connection) shoudl i have that on or off? to recieve picture messages?
Without a package or internet pay per use, you shouldn't be able to send/receive MMS. Of course, I have heard users successfully sending/receiving, but MMS needs the data connection to send pictures.
