So, I updated my BB software and then the 'My Pictures' section went all haywire...

Problem 1: All of the "Preloaded Pictures" are gone... just not showing up at all.

Problem 2: There is no longer an option to delete pics I've taken with my camera. I have to USB my BB to my laptop and delete them that way.

I have tried wipe'n the entire BB and reloading the new software with the same result. I am using a Curve 8330 on the Sprint network.

Any ideas?

RIM removed the preloaded pictures from the OS to free up memory.

Go to Options/Media Card press menu and select Format Card.

Be sure to move or copy all of your media files to your PC before you format the card

Also do a battery pull, with your BB on take the battery out for about 30 seconds and put it back in.
