    Whenever I make a call the volume is all the way up but I still can't hear the other person. Is this fixable or does the phone need to be replaced?

    happens when i make calls and receive calls. if i reboot the phone it does not fix the problem.

    If its a fairly new phone I would do a warranty exchange.
