Any ideas why my BB would reset during a phone call? It restarts like a battery pull? I just got this phone from ATT and have everything transfered because the track ball on the old one stopped working.

You could be low on memory. Check your file free. Options > Status > File Free. Anything less than 12,000,000 bytes is low.

Are you running one of the beta 4.5 OSs?

EDIT: Eh, seeing as you said you just got it, you probably aren't. Hmm, I'm not sure why it would be doing this. What have you done on the phone since you got it? What programs have you installed, etc?

When did this problems start occuring?
Did always happen since you got the phone?
Put any apps or themes on it since you got it?
Do you have a media card inserted?

Problem started today. I just got all the stuff moved from old phone through desktop manager last night. The only thing I have installed was crackberry launcher and on trial theme from the crackberry store. i thought maybe a problem with the "free" theme trial. I tried to delete but it will not let me. No media card.

If you have a back up from your old device. I would recommend wiping your device clean to see if it fixes the issue. If it doesn't, then you can either try reloading the OS or ask for another replacement.

It's really just a matter of working backwards to where the problem did not exists. And if no solution can be found, then it is just best to replace the device.

No problem. 23mb is pretty good, your phone should be zooming now.

When I first got my Curve from AT&T it was doing the same thing! I couldn't figure out what was causing the issue. I upgraded to OS 4.5 and that seemed to fix my problem because it hasn't happened since.
