my curve 8310 stopped receiving emails and it will no longer permit me to make outgoing calls and i cannot receive incoming calls. we are on autopay through att every month and there are four other phones on this account that are working perfectly fine. any solutions.....
Try a battery reset to he device. With it powered on, pull the battery for about 15 seconds and reinsert it. IF this does not resolve it, then you may need to call your carrier and see if there is an account issue.
Another option if your carrier refuses to do anything and before you shell out any money for a replacement is flash a new OS on the phone (or even the same one) and see if that fixes the problem...
you may also what to start doing a battery pull once a week to help it from doing that again, this will not effect the device what so ever. glad to see you got your BB up and running again.
