When i charge my phone with wall adapter and unplug it i can`t make phone calls.I dial a number or voicemail and it begins dialing on screen but i here no sound when i put phone to ear.Then i have to take battery out of phone and put it back in,then it will make calls.Please help?

Do a battery pull. With your phone on, remove the battery for 30 seconds, then put it back in. If this doesn't work. Ask for a replacement.

Did you upgrade your OS? If you did get the lastest version from VZ website. If that don't work return your phone back to the provider.

When i go the vz web site i dont see where to dl new os,can anyone guide me thru this process?

Verizon hasn't released 4.5 yet, so you either need to use a version from another CDMA carrier, or one of the Betas. I wouldn't recommend unless you are very comfortable with your device. Just make sure to only use an OS that is intended for your specific device (8330).
