I just bought my wife an 8310 since I like mine so well. During the Blackberry setup, it did not ask me to set up a personal email address, only a business email address. Now we can't get a personal address set up. Did I miss something? It set up just fine on my phone.
log on to the BIS for her phone and send the service books to it again ;]
Make sure her phone is registered with ATT on the BIS. You can register from the BB (GENERAL OPTIONS - ADVANCED - HOST ROUTING TABLE). If the routing table is empty, then you need to call ATT and have the phone registered.
