I installed PDF to Go (along with Documents to Go) on Curve 8320 for a trial. Neither opens email attachments. Especially concerned about PDF to go as fax attachments are very difficult to read with the BB viewer. I did not see a way to instruct PDF to Go or DTG to open email attachments. I would greatly appreciate any help as I switch from Palm Treo to BB.

I just upgraded to OS and Docs to Go in the process. I did note on their web site that OS v4.5 or higher is required to be able to open file attachments using their apps. What OS is installed on your BB?

4.5.0.81 from the TMO website. So I think that it's the proper version, and the program seems to work except for email attachments.

I resent service books and the problem is solved.

Open DM, connect your phone, click Application Loader and check
to see if BlackBerry Attachment Service has a check in the box.

If it does not, put one there and continue on through to finish and
see if that helps.
