    I got a strange message sent to my blackberry from blackberry saying that my password to one of my email accounts has been changed and that I would no longer be able to receive emails to the device.

    It told me to log into my BIS account and reset my password if I still want to be receiving emails. So I tried to log in to my account but it keeps saying invalid. I chose the forgot password option to have the password sent to my device. I received it and tried to use that password to log in. Still it said invalid.

    My user name is correct as well considering it mentioned which user ID and email the services stopped working for.

    Does anyone have any idea what this means or what to do???

    Call the carrier and have them reset it for you...
