My company forces the use of a password to unlock the unit after it is idle for 5 minutes or so on the BES. Is there any tricks to override or by pass this or any software that will eliminate it? When you go into the area that you can turn on or off the locking/passord, it has an asterick by it. Any ideas? It really is a pain to unlock it all of the time. Thanks

In short: NO.
You can ask the BES Admin to extend the time, but there is
no override or app to change an IT Policy.
