Ok after my five tries to enter my password my BB SHUT DOWN ON Me. What should i do now the Jum Error appears because i cant restart the phone even when the battery is out?
In the future, unless your IT policy prohibits it, set your password limit to 10. It's supposed to wipe back to the out-of-box configuration when you exceed the limit, not throw a Java error. Did you maybe try to stop the wipe in process?
