I am sorry but posted this on the 8900 forum. I guess I really have the Verizon 8830 and did not realize there were different forums.
My curve was set up by Verizon. I am not getting all my emails. zi cannot figure any consistent pattern as to why do not go through to my device although they appear on my computer.
part of it depends on the settings of your computer.
If your computer downloads it before the BB then you probably have the e-mail app on your computer set to delete the e-mail once it is downloaded. if this happens then the BB may not pick it up. Set the e-mail app on your computer to delete e-mails after 24 hours this should give your BB more than enough time to get them.
My computer e-mail is set to download the e-mails very 5 minutes and it seems like the BB does int every 10 minutes but i have not been able to verify the BB timing.
