Is there a keystroke(s) that will allow me to page up or down while in the browser or in my address book?

Don't know about the address book, but in the BB browser Space Bar = Page down, Shift then Space Bar = Page Up.

In address book, type the first letter of the first or last name and it will list some contacts.

The only way to move on the address book is either by using the TrackBall or typing the name of the contact, unfortunately. But yes, SPACE does Page Up and Shift + SPACE does Page Down. You can also enable the view to show a zoomed out perception of the webpage that allows you to quickly scroll to a particular section of the webpage.

In the browser you can also hit the T to go to the top and B to go to the bottom of the page.
