Hey guys for some reason the P button and return or enter button are not working. I press it repeatedly and get nothing. I try and and press it very hard, nothing. Do i need to get a refurb or will replacing the whole keyboard tray fix my problem? I'd hate to lose my pin and if I can avoid it I'd like to.

Did you spill anything on it? drop it?

done battery pulls done all the different types of resets, and nothing seems to help. no water on it or anything. it just sits in its case and in my pocket

Under warranty still? how long have you had it? maybe call verizon and explain it, could be a circuit board issue.

I ran into this same problem. I tried in vain to fix it thinking maybe I reassigned a letter or something.
I found out that when I did my first OS upgrade, there must have been a bug or something in it. Luckily I found a newer OS upgrade a few days after this and wiped my phone and installed the new OS.
It fixed the whole issue and I got the ability to shoot video now too.
How cool is that!?!
