Explain what you mean
wireless update?
I had no problem with it in fact i wirelessly updated while i was on the road you shouldnt have problems after your divice downloads the OS the instalation itself may take up to 2 hours though
And theres os 4.5.0.175 out there and it is available via wireless update on my phone. But i've been reading posts about loss of contacts, etc. So I was wondering If I should back up data beforehand? And really 2 hours? Was the phone in-operable during this time?

First of all
backing up is always a good idea
I back up with both DM and BBsak
During the update the phone is literally
INOPERABLE
you cant to anything with it other than entertain yourself by watching the screen
do it at night while you dont need it or something
if you update on computer its the same thing btw
about 30 minutes to input then an hour to install
i didnt lose anything but just to be cautious maybe you should
Oh ok thanks my destop manager is currently on version 4.3 im downloding 5.0 then I will backup the device and attempt to update the O.S. Later seeing as how it would render my phone a paperweight for X amount of time lol...Thanks for the info!!
