hey, for anyone who had the same problem i had sycing their blackberrys with outlook express and not having the street addresses make it into the phone, thanx to another newbie named mxracer and myself nosing around the RIM/Blackberry support site, i figured it was a field mapping issue. quote mxracer:
"...Also when setting up the sync with OL x-Press make sure to go into advanced settings in Desktop Manager under sync and look at the field mapping. It does not pick up the address from OL x-Press well and chunks the street address until you "connect" the right field in OL x-Press to the BB address book."
