Any help greatly appreciated. Trying to synchronize my new 8330 with MS-Outlook 2000 (contacts, calendar, and task list). When I go to configure synchronization, under "Select a desktop application" Microsoft Outlook does not show up in the list of "Available desktop applications" Only Outlook Express, ASCII Importer, and Yahoo.

Does anyone know how to get MS Outlook to show up in the list?

Install Desktop Manager from Blackberry website instead of trying to use IntelliSync https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads...93E4F3BB068C22

If you are using a desjtop manager that came with your device. 4.3 MS office 2000 is not compatable. You need to the following. go to Black berry.com and D/L 4.2 sp 2 or upgrade to MS outlook to 2003.
