Has anyone else noticed that with the upgrade to 4.5 that the calendar reminders do not pop up anymore?

Nope... first time I heard that one!!

I had a reminder pop up last evening! It could be carrier or 8300 specific?

I have tried the battery pull several times (I actually just did it) I see that with the OS 4.5 upgrade there are different calendars sorted by email address I went in and made sure that in the preferences the "show reminders" is set to yes. I will try a battery pull again.

Me neither, I remember mine popped up last week, ring chime and all. But then again, I'm sticking with .46 for now untill the real update is released.

I did a battery pull and still no pop up reminder. It will chime but the appointment doesn't pop up and give me the oprtion to snooze or dismiss. Does anyone know if I am missing a setting somewhere?

Same thing with my calendar. I dont get the pop up reminders any more. I looked under the calendar options and see that there is still an option for snooze time but I dont see anything that will allow you to enable or disable the pop up alert.

I found the problem... If you have to many multiple CICAL Service Records on the BlackBerry it will affect your calendar reminders. I have posted the link to the directions on how to fix the problem.

Reminder notifications for Calendar appointments may not display on the BlackBerry smartphone

Im a bit confused, do I need to do the workaround for OS 4.5? The way your link reads is that the calendar patch wont work with the OS4.5 because its "beta". Or should I try to download the calendar patch?

At first I thought the calendar reminder was an OS issue, however through my research I found out it was not. However, if you have done a battery pull, resent service books, and your calendar reminders still do not appear I would follow the directions in the posted link to try and rectify the problem. The patch will not work with 4.5 but if you continue to read there are manula directions to delete the CICAL Service Records. NOTE: If you have more than one email address on your BB delete all but one of the CICAL Service Records. Let me know if you have any questions.

The only problem that I have had is that the voicemail notification does not work. I have to check periodically to see if I have any VM's.

I am having the same issue. I think I am using v4.3.0.127. There is another thread this week regarding the same issue. I am going to try the 2007 calendar patch.
