I am curently using an 8330 with 4.3.0.128 and have had NO issues of ANY kind. I can't get youtube but I haven't found many ither CS customers that can get youtube with 4,5 so what's the point. I know this has been done to death but after reading a lot of old posts I'm gonna see if anyone can add something new.
Should I upgrade to 4.5. If so should I get .131 or .138 ? It seems that every os out there has some issue that I don't have now. Also since my DM is now 4.2 I'm sure that I should at least upgrade it to 4.6....right? If I do that will it just install over the existing version and transfer all my data? I know I'll get different opinions on this but just bring 'em on an I will sort through them and decide.

I recommend 4.5.0.131 and DM 4.6

You should un-install DM 4.2 before you install 4.6.
