When do you think Sprint will ever release 4.5 OS for the 8330?? I am really getting tired of waiting and waiting....I have read so many issues with Beta OS and I would hate to brick my phone.

There aren't that many issues with 4.5.0.97 and you have about as much chance to brick your phone updating with it as you do the official rom.

Again, nobody knows when it's coming out...

You can use one of the officially released versions of 4.5.0.77 from one of the other carriers. They aren't beta versions.

Many of us have already upgraded to 4.5.0.97 which is not a public release. But all reports show this version to be the most stable. Either way, you'll be gaining the advantages of the 4.5 features, here's a break down of the new features in 4.5:
