my bb 8310 was originally on the vodafone network. i recently had it unlocked and moved to the o2 network.

i have purchased the blackberry bolt on which seems to be working perfectly for my friends bb (which was also originally on vodafone and then unlocked to switch to o2).

i have recieved the confirmation text to say that the blackberry bolt on is being applied, however when i try to go onto the browser or my bbm it is not working.

is this a setting on my bb that needs adjusted or something to do with o2?
i have done a battery pull for the software update etc.. and im dyin to get online!

    please help :/ xx

BBs have a single code that let's themuse internet on the network.
The MEID is locked on the network that you get it on.

Call Vodaphone ans ask them to release the PIN/IMEI for the BB, then re register your device with o2 and all should work.

Please report in with your progress.

    cheers

go to options>advance options>services books and press menu, then send service books i believe. wait for a confirmation text from o2 and you should be fine.
